The Comms Factory Network:- As an ISP with our own AS Comms Factory can offer an uncontended MPLS network with interconnections enabling us to mix and match connectivity with multiple suppliers and still manage the whole network. Advanced network monitoring and diagnostic tools support our partners when working with their customers. We can also work with your chosen network partners terminating their traffic onto our core network and establishing interconnects where appropriate.
xDSL:- From consumer based 50:1 contention through to MPLS ADSL with QoS Comms Factory can offer any derivative of the service including ADSL Max Premium and Pro. In addition we can provide SDSL services with Quality of Service on a converged or single play basis.
Leased Lines:- The Comms Factory 2mb Anywhere
product provides a base line for delivering 2mb of connectivity
anywhere in the country at a fixed price, alongside this there
are many variants where price is determined according to location,
service standards and resilience.
Ethernet:- These services can often be a very cost effective solution in certain metropolitan areas and especially where there are several local offices. Comms Factory can provide LES10 or LES100 services and carry this traffic across the uncontended core ensuring a continued high level of service.
WLR:- For traditional voice services Comms Factory can provide both analogue and ISDN services which enable you to maximise the depth of the relationship you have with your customer.
Quality of Service:- Much misunderstood and
oft maligned Quality of Service is of great importance when
considering a converged network. Of course it is possible and
often probable that the services will work without implementing
Quality of Service but it is vital that the customer is aware
of the risks that this entails. With Comms Factory, implementing
QoS on any form of connectivity that we deliver is possible,
and we strongly recommend reviewing the options with the customer
before making a decision.
Interconnects:- Comms Factory have agreements in place with multiple carriers enabling us to offer true peer to peer quality of service from a variety of carriers. These interconnects span both voice and data carriers enabling seamless access to both the public internet and the public telephone network.
