Comms Factory are solely focussed on the Business
Partner channel and are able to dedicate all their time and
resources to improving the standard of care that the partners
receive. The framework for delivering the support to our partners
falls into two broad categories: The Partner
Programme which allows us to tailor the level of support
to the specific requirements of the Business Partner. Generally
Comms Factory will provide a high degree of hands on support
in the early stages of a relationship to ensure that the partner
gets up to speed as quickly as possible. This support would
be focussed around sales and technical training, in field sales
support and the provision of tools such as RoI calculators,
product documentation and white papers provided as white label
documents for you to brand as appropriate.
Our Partner programme then allows for us to provide you with
the required on going support with a named account manager,
on line tools for ordering, provisioning and fault management
and any further training required. The Support

Comms Factory have a dedicated support team to assist you; from
training your staff and supporting your sales team, to enabling
the automatic provisioning of orders and providing fault management
and 3rd line technical support. At every stage of your partnership
we are committed to providing you with the support you need
